As we've alluded to previousy, realme has launched its all-new P-series smartphone in India, the realme P1 series. Comprising realme P1 and realme P1 Pro, read on to find out more about this new mid-ranger lineup by the company.
Both devices share some similar specs, most notably a 6.71-inch 120Hz AMOLED with FHD+ resolution and 2000 nits peak brightness, 50MP main cameras, 16MP selfie shooters, in-display fingerprint scanners, 5000mAh batteries and 45W fast charging via the USB-C port. However, the P1’s screen is flat while the P1 Pro’s display is curved.
The vanilla P1 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC paired with 6 or 8GB RAM and 128 or 256GB storage. Meanwhile, the Pro variant sports the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 128 or 256GB storage.
Camera-wise, the P1’s 50MP main is paired with a 2MP monochrome, while the P1 Pro’s 50MP main is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro. The P1 is offered in Phoenix Red and Peacock Green colour options while the P1 Pro is in Phoenix Red and Parrot Blue.
In India, the P1 starts at INR15999 or ~RM916, while the P1 Pro starts at INR21999 or ~RM1260. As of the time of writing, realme has yet to reveal the global availability of the P1 series.
