How to Top Up U Mobile Credit?

1). Login to Mobile Mega Mall.

2). Select the Amount you wish to top Up. For example: RM10, RM20, RM30, RM50, RM100.

 

3. Key in your Mobile Number.

Note: Please make sure you insert "60" and without any space for mobile number.
Example: if your number is 018-323-8888, then please key in as 60183238888

 

4). Click the "Top Up Now" button to proceed.

5). Please double check the product description, mobile number and amount of your top up.

Note: You can delete the order by clicking the "Delete".

6). Please click the "Checkout" button to proceed further.

 

7). Please click the "Make Payment" button to proceed.

Note 1: Please check the Shipping Location & Fee is RM0.00 and you can't change the shipping location as it is an instant top up. 

Note 2: Please key in the valid Shipping Address even though it is an instand top up. This shipping address is useful for your next product purchase except the instant top up. Please refer to "How to Add, Edit or Delete Shipping Address?" fore more guideline.

Note 3: Please ignore the Remark field as it is an instant top up process.

Note 4: Please ignore the "Use Voucher" button as it is an instant top up process.

 

8). Please select the payment method and click "Confirm" button and go to the Payment Process Page.

Note: Only credit card is acceptable at this moment only because it is an instant top up.

 

9). Please key in all the valid info in all fields and click the "Proceed" button to make the payment.
