The guys at Android Authority are at it again, dropping new smartphones to see how durable they are. This time around it is the Apple iPhone 5S and Apple iPhone 5C which get the drop onto pavement. While the toughness of the aluminum unibody of the iPhone 5S is pretty much known, many are wondering how tough the polycarbonate backplate of the iPhone 5C stands up to a drop. While Apple has never said that any of their iPhones are water proof or water resistant, on occasion, some iPhones have taken a splash or dip and survived. ZachStraley decided to put the Apple iPhone 5S, iPhone SE and iPhone 6s to the test, by dunking all three in water for an extended period of time.
