Celcom recently announced their new FIRST Basic 38 by Celcom postpaid plan for just RM38 a month at full speeds on one of the fastest networks in Malaysia. Featuring up to 3GB Internet + 3GB WiFi for a limited 3 month promotional time, subscribers also get 50 minutes worth of calls and 50 SMS for free. This new plan is also the first network in Malaysia that allows you to carry forward any remaining balance of allocated Internet to the next month for up to 3GB of carry forward unused Internet. The complimentary 1GB Internet + 1GB Wi-Fi will be available for as long as you are subscribed.
