Those of you who have bought a new Samsung Galaxy S24 series smartphone are probably excited for your phone to arrive. But if you ordered the Galaxy S24 Ultra, you might want to check the camera as soon as possible.

According to users on X (Twitter), some Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphones may experience an issue with the camera app when the zoom function is used. This weird camera image shift problem occurs when the app switches from the main camera to the telephoto camera. As a result, photos could end up looking grainy. The problem is apparently most noticeable when focusing on objects closer to the device.

As you may know, the auto mode in cameras is designed to shift between cameras used depending on how you use them. So if there's an issue, it's usually the software at fault. However, Samsung officials have confirmed that this particular problem is due to hardware. Also, it's an issue that's affected the first batch of Galaxy S24 Ultra devices. If you get a Galaxy S24 Ultra with this problem, you can probably exchange it for a new one.

With that said, will you get the Galaxy S24 Ultra or a different model? Let us know in the comments and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
