Google could include the Satellite SOS feature for the Google Pixel smartphone

If you own a Google Pixel smartphone, this rumour might catch your attention. Recently, rumour suggests that Google is working on integrating the Satellite SOS feature for the Google Pixel. That said, what should you know about it?

For your information, the feature could be part of the Adaptive Connectivity Services app. If everything goes well, it will be available in the future update. Reportedly, Google is working with Garmin to make it happen. You can also find the references for the feature within the Adaptive Connectivity Services app’s latest version on the Google News Telegram channel.

In addition, the aforementioned reference is the model version p.2024.08. Once this feature is available, you can activate it by tapping on the Safety and Emergency section of the settings menu. We have yet to confirm other details on the subject. However, it will be interesting to see how it will affect Pixel owners in Malaysia.
