HTC has recently published a UA Prof File confirming the HTC One Mini. For those who don't know, a UA Prof file or User Agent Profile is a specification file that lists the model, screen size and other details before the device gets officially announced. UA Prof files are not required but they are usually done by the manufacturer. Since HTC released it, it is as official a confirmation as possible.
Other details mentioned in the HTC One Mini's UA Prof file is that it will have a 720 x 1280 pixel display. This coincides with other tech specs that include:
- 4.3-inch (720 x 1280)
- 1.4Ghz dual-core Snapdragon 400
- 2GB RAM
- 16GB Storage
- 1700 mAh battery (non-removable)
- front facing Beats Audio speakers
- Android 4.2.2
- UltraPixel camera
From leaked images it looks like the HTC One Mini will have the same aluminum unibody chassis but in a smaller form. No details or news on price or availability but HTC should announce the HTC One Mini soon.
