Chinese smartphone manufacturers Huawei, has quietly unveiled the Huawei Y7 on their official website just awhile ago along with its respective specs. The specs are listed as follow:

- 2GB RAM
- 16GB expandable memory
- 5.5-inch HD display
- 12MP main camera with PDAF + 8MP front camera
- Supports Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 2.4GHz + BT4.1+USB2.0
- Android 7.0 with EMUI 5.1
- 4000 mAh battery
Based on what it can be seen, the Y7 is expected to be a mid-range device with very attractive features. The first feature to note is the massive 4000 mAh battery which is promised to deliver at least 20 hours of continuous video playback. The selfie lovers should note this next feature, the device will come with a frontal 8 MP camera which will also feature a facial recognition technology as well as a beauty mode.
Design wise, the phone looks to be a beauty with a metal body but a plastic frame. The colours choices are Grey, Prestige Gold and Silver.
