Back at the end of October, we reported that Lenovo Malaysia may have accidentally unveiled the local price of the Lenovo Legion Go. While we were hopeful that it would start at RM3099, the company just officially announced the real price which is RM3999.

With the RM3999 price tag, Lenovo Malaysia will be releasing the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme model first. The pre-order will begin tomorrow (8 December 2023) until the 17th of December at Lenovo Exclusive Stores, where gamers are granted a PWP (Purchase with Purchase) deal of the Lenovo Legion E510 7.1 RGB Gaming In-Ear Headphones for just RM249 (RRP RM389). Additionally, all Legion Go pre-order customers at both Lenovo Exclusive Stores and Lenovo's official website will also receive a complimentary Screen Protector worth RM109.

To recap the tech specs and features of the Legion Go, the new Windows 11 PC gaming handheld console sports:

  • AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor with AMD RDNA Graphics
  • An 8.8-inch QHD+ display with a 16:10 aspect ratio with a 144Hz refresh rate
  • RAM up to 16GB LPDDR5X (7500Mhz) and up to 1TB PCIe Gen4 SSD and micro-SD slot supporting up to 2TB of extra storage
  • 49.2Wh battery that supports Super Rapid Charge

One highlight of the Legion Go is its detachable TrueStrike controllers. They can be detached from the body and the right controller can be used as a mouse to play FPS games, while the other can be used normally for movement. This allows the Legion Go to go into FPS mouse mode which converts the controllers into mouse and keyboard inputs.

Apart from the Lenovo Malaysia Official Online Store and Lenovo Exclusive Stores (LES), Lenovo Malaysia's official stores on Lazada and Shopee will also sell the Legion Go at the same price of RM3999.
