Nikon is a notable name when it comes to DSLR cameras and the company recently released a number of new products in this particular lineup. Yesterday, Nikon announced one more DSLR in the market, the new Nikon D7200. Like the name suggests, the D7200 will succeed the popular D7100 which was released back in 2013. It will be yet another lightweight camera released by the company in recent times. The new model does not bring revolutionary features but it does make some upgrades in necessary areas. The Nikon D7200 features a 24.2MP DX CMOS sensor with no optical low pass filter and 51-point Auto Focus system. The new EXPEED 4 Image processing chip promises faster performance of up to 30% as compared to its predecessors. There is a 3.2-inch fixed LCD display at the back too. The camera is capable of recording full HD 1080p videos at 60fps and can even take 18 consecutive RAW files. The new D7200 will be the first Nikon DSLR to feature both built-in Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity options. Nikon will start selling the device from April 2015 for $1200 (RM4356). You will have to shell out a total of $1700 (RM6171) if you plan to buy it with the 18-140mm f3.5-5.6 lens kit. No Malaysia release dates or pricing details were revealed yet though.
