The Redmi Note 11 series is finally here after seeing its exciting teasers for the past few days. At the event, the brand has also welcomed a Pro Plus model for the first time alongside the vanilla variant and the Pro variant. Now, let's continue to find out the power that these new devices hold!
The most affordable model from the series, Redmi Note 11, packs a MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G processor, a 6.6-inch 90Hz LCD panel (FHD+), and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. It also features a dual-camera setup that brings a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Weirdly, the vanilla variant has another two cosmetic lenses in the camera module, and it might confuse the customers by seeing it as a quad-camera setup. Lastly, there's a 16MP sensor on the front as well for selfies and video calls.
The middle variant, Redmi Note 11 Pro, swaps out the Dimensity 810 5G SoC for a more capable Dimensity 920. It also sports a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED screen (FHD+) and a juicier 5,160mAh battery with 67W fast charging. Redmi claims that the device can be fully charged in just 43 minutes, thanks to the technology. For photography, there will be a 108MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter, with a 16MP camera on the front.
Finally, the most exciting one from the trio, Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus, is powered by the same Dimensity 920 processor but uses a 120Hz OLED screen. It also has two 2,250mAh battery cells supporting up to 120W fast charging, basically a flagship tech spec. There's a triple-camera setup at the back as well that leads by a 108MP primary camera.
All of the devices also come equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. They will run the MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11. For the price, the standard Redmi Note 11 starts at 1,199 yuan (~RM777) for the 4GB/128GB variant, all the way up to 1,699 yuan (~RM1,102) for the 8GB/256GB option. Meanwhile, the Note 11 Pro will start at 1,599 yuan (~RM1,037) for the 6/128GB variant, with the Note 11 Pro Plus starting at 1,899 Yuan (~RM1,232) for the same storage configuration.
