It’s been awhile since we last heard of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2. Well, a new info leak regarding the phablet has been released online and it looks more or less the same as the predecessor, but more sleek looking.
To be designed by Phillippe Starck, the same person who designed the original Mi Mix, sources said that Xiaomi will soon introduce the world with the Mi Mix 2 covering the front with a higher screen-to-body ratio. How much higher? Currently, the Mi Mix stands at 6.4-inch display with a 17:9 aspect ratio, that’s covering 91.3% of the front display. Perhaps 93%?
Besides that, a virtual navigation key will be featured as well and Xiaomi will use a Cantilever piezoelectric ceramic technology to replace the earpiece. Speaking of earpiece, it’s said that the company has partnered with AAC technologies for a better earpiece sound output.
Keep in the images aren’t official so do take them with a pinch of salt, but what do you think of the design? Looks cool? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more Xiaomi news at TechNave.com.
