Today, Samsung Electronics is proud to present their highlight product of the day of three new QLED TV line-up - the Q7, Q8, and Q9 - at the 2017 Samsung Southeast Asia and Oceania Forum in Singapore, marking a new frontier in the home entertainment industry. So what’s the difference with their SUHD TV? Find out below.

By improving the colour performance further, the DCI-P3 colour space within the QLED TV is able to reproduce 100% color volume. This means the TV can express all colors at any level of brightness with even the subtlest differences visible at the QLED’s peak luminance, between 1500 and 2000 nits. It should be noted that this is a first for Samsung to do so.

With this, comparing with other conventional LED TVs, a left on a QLED TV can be perceived as different colours, from yellow-green to turquoise, depending on the brightness of light. So to speak, the QLED TV can capture even the subtlest differences in color pertaining to brightness, even for snow displayed on the screen.

Another highlight is the design features, QLED TV series now include a single, transparent “Invisible Connection” cable, through which all of the peripheral devices can be gathered and connected to the TV. But perhaps the most impressive on is the “No Gap Wall-Mount” which makes it easy to place the TV against the wall like a picture, but should the consumers prefer having a TV stand; there’s also the “Samsung Studio Stand” and “Samsung Gravity Stand” to their liking.

Not forgetting as well, consumers can control most connected TV devices from a single source with the enhanced Samsung One Remote; and the “Smart Hub” interface has also been extended to smartphones through Samsung’s new and improved “Smart View” app, which now provides consumers to use their mobile device to select and start their favorite live TV programs and video-on-demand services on their TV.
