Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC

The next-gen of Samsung Galaxy foldable devices are touted for release on 10 July and now, one of the smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 has just been spotted on Geekbench. Revealing further info about the device’s specs, read on to find out more. 

As reported by GSMArena, the Geekbench listing showed that the foldable sports the model number SM-F956U. Furthermore, the CPU core structure revealed that the device will run the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC as expected.

In single-core, it scored 1964, while on multi-core, the device scored 6619. This is quite lower than other Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered smartphones and may be due to pre-production software.

Speaking of which, the listing showed that the device runs on Android 14, presumably via One UI. The variant tested on the benchmark platform runs on 12GB RAM, with other memory options expected for the device at launch.
