The Samsung Omnia W i8350, is the second Windows Phone after the announcement of Samsung Focus S.  However, Samsung Omnia W i8350 runs on the new Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, which includes features of Internet Explorer 9 (with HTML5 support) and different Hubs.
