It appears that you can now pre-order the Sony Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z2 Tablet direct from certain Sony Centres here in Malaysia. While Sony Malaysia have yet to make any official announcements on Malaysia release dates for the two devices, you can walk into a Sony Centre and ask. The Sony Centre in Midvalley for example requires that you pay an RM100 deposit along with your contacts and particulars.

Released in Malaysia since March 2018, Sony Mobile is continuing the Xperia XZ series with the latest Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact (which we don't have at the moment).
