While the tech specs are a bit older, it is still quite relevant with a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB RAM, 8-inch Trilumionos display, 6.4mm thinness, 8.1MP rear camera and more. The Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is one of the thinnest tablets in the market at just 6.4mm thin. Add to the fact that it is also a premium device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB RAM, 8MP rear camera, 4G LTE connectivity and an 8-inch touchscreen with shatter proof glass and you get a tablet designed for performance with plenty of features to boot.
