It seems camera manufacturers are starting to turn their eyes to the vlogging scene. A few weeks ago, Sony announced its Sony ZV-1 camera for vloggers. Now, Panasonic is also joining in with the new Lumix DC-G100 mirrorless camera.

The Panasonic Lumix DC-G100 is a Micro Four Thirds (MFT) that has a 20.3MP MOS sensor. It's able to snap great stills with an ISO of up to 25600. Also, you can use it to record Full HD videos at 60p or 4K videos at 30p. Included with the camera is the Lumix G Vario 12-32mm lens, a 26-64mm equivalent lens with an aperture of f/3.5 to 5.6. Best of all, there's a 3-inch touchscreen LCD that you can flip out to the side so you can easily see yourself while vlogging.

Besides the above, the Lumix DC-G100 also comes with other useful features. This includes the 5-axis Hybrid Image Stabilisation, OZO Audio system that can track your subjects, and the pre-installed V-Log L that lets you colour-grade the videos you capture. There's even a Video Selfie Mode that automatically selects adjust settings like depth of field (for Bokeh) and the audio for voice clarity.

Panasonic hasn't announced when its new mirrorless camera will be available in Malaysia, but the Lumix DC-G10 is currently available in the US for USD 747.99 (~RM3201).
