WeBe digital have officially announced that they will officially roll-out their Unlimited everything Mobile Internet plan on 30 September 2016 nationwide. For now, you can register online early or go to their roadshow in Sunway Pyramid Orange Concourse and get more options when choosing your new number. There will be 3 experiential zones after it has been officially launched.
- There will be only 1 postpaid plan (a prepaid plan may come in the future, but no confirmed details yet)
- You can get it for RM83.74 per month (inclusive of 6% GST) but depends on what discounts you qualify for
- Mobile Internet Data, Calls and SMS are unlimited
- There is no contract
- Tethering is not free so you won't be able to use it like you're a walking mobile hotspot (they can detect what you're doing and will warn you first before pulling your Internet data)
- Malaysians can pay a deposit fee of RM100 while Non-Malaysians pay a deposit fee of RM300
- Once you sign up, you will get your WeBe SIM delivered to you within 1 day for peninsular Malaysia, and 2 to 3 working days for Sabah and Sarawak (we got ours in half an hour)
- Webe are working with partners like iFlix, Viu and HyppTV so that you can fully utilize the unlimited Internet
- Customer support is entirely online with live chats
