Fresh from the release of the vivo Y18 4G in India, vivo has quietly launched the device in Malaysia too as it just popped up on vivo Malaysia’s official website. Featuring some compelling specs and a low price point, read on to find out more.
Under the hood, the Y18 4G is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage. There’s also a 5000mAh battery with support for 15W charging via the USB-C port.
Display-wise, it’s a 6.56-inch 90Hz LCD with an HD+ resolution, 840 nits peak brightness and a water-drop notch housing the 8MP selfie shooter. At the rear, you’ll find the 50MP main camera paired with a secondary shooter.
Other notable specs include an IP54 rating, Android 14 via FunTouch OS 14, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual SIM + microSD card hybrid slot, Bluetooth 5.0 and colour options of either Aqua or Brown.
