It looks like the current pandemic has shifted the view of some companies and Microsoft is one of them. Now, the tech giant is allowing its emloyees to work from home permanently. The company has unveiled the “hybrid workplace” guidance internally to allow for greater flexibility once the US offices eventually reopen in January 2021 at the earliest.
