POCO M4 Pro 4G details now out, reveals slight changes in design

When POCO launched the POCO M4 Pro 5G last year, fans got to see a lower mid-range device with a pretty competitive price. But while 5G is starting to roll out in many regions, not many people can get access to it yet. That's why POCO is launching a 4G variant of this device.

As previously revealed, POCO plans to unveil the POCO X4 Pro 5G and POCO M4 Pro 4G at MWC 2022. Now, POCO has revealed the design for the POCO M4 Pro 4G in advance. As you can see, the new variant looks more or less the same as its 5G counterpart. However, its rear camera module has a slightly different look. Also, it's expected to use a 64MP+8MP+2MP triple camera, which is an upgrade from the 5G variant's 50MP+8MP dual-camera.

POCO also revealed some specifications for the device. The POCO M4 Pro 4G will use a slightly smaller 6.43-inch FHD+ display, with support for a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. It's also lighter than the 5G version (179.5g vs 195g). As for the chipset, that hasn't been confirmed yet but it's rumoured that the phone will use the Helio G96.
