The ASUS ROG Phone 6 series was last year’s go-to gaming smartphone thanks to its specs, features and overall pleasant user experience. Well, we may not wait long to get its predecessor as several models of the ROG Phone 7 have recently been spotted on Geekbench.

As shared by CrazReview, two variants with the codenames AI2205_B and AI2205_C were spotted on the benchmark test database. Allegedly the ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Pro respectively, both models are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

This followed another ROG Phone 7 variant that was spotted last week on Geekbench database. Carrying the codename ASUS_AI2205_D, MySmartPrice reported that it is presumably the ROG Phone 7D and interestingly, unlike last year's ROG Phone 6D, it will also be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 rather than a MediaTek Dimensity chipset.

All three variants also have a version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 at 3.19GHz prime core and 16GB of RAM. Besides that, nothing much is known about the ROG Phone 7 series.
