So apparently, the Samsung website in India has revealed a brand new Galaxy J7 Duo only to be taken down afterwards. But what happens on the Internet stays on the Internet. So without further ado, let's see what does this budget Samsung phone offers.
According to sources, the tech-specs on it looks more like a mid-range tier device as it sports an octa-core processor clocking in at 1.6GHz, the chipset is a mystery and it could be either the Exynos 7884 or 7885 model. For the memory, it runs on 4GB of RAM and its internal storage has 32GB only, but you can always have extra space with a microSD card. The battery is 3000mAh.
As for the exterior design, it looks really simple with a 5.5-inch display and it's using a Super AMOLED panel, the resolution is said to be 720p only, though. There is an 8MP front camera on top, a home button (cum fingerprint sensor) and navigation button at the bottom. The speaker is located behind together with the 13MP + 5MP dual rear camera and LED flash.
Knowing the Galaxy J series is quite popular in Malaysia, we think this model might actually come but until Samsung Malaysia says so, we will just have to wait for the official news so stay tuned for that at TechNave.com.
