Earlier this month, there were some rumours that the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G could have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset but it seems official now. Someone spotted the model on Samsung's official website in Sweeden and there are other tech specs details as well.
According to the website, the upcoming Galaxy S20 FE 4G (SM-G780G) would feature at least 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. We said 'at least' because another model with 8GB + 256GB memory configuration is also coming but we will have to wait and see.
Besides that, we expect that the rest of the tech specs to remain the same such as the 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, a 4500mAh battery pack, IP68 rating and more. Perhaps it's now only a matter of time when Samsung Malaysia introduces an SD865 variant of the Galaxy S20 FE 4G to the Malaysian market.
In terms of pricing, it's said that the Galaxy S20 FE 4G SD865 model could cost €630 (~RM3121). For comparison, the Galaxy S20 FE 4G Exynos model cost RM2699 but do note that Euros pricing tends to be a bit higher than our local price tag.
