Will the next device from Samsung be a mobile console? According to 91Mobiles, the site found a patent for a mobile console with a foldable screen filed by Samsung Display. The console looks like a Nintendo Switch and ROG Ally when open and can be folded to be smaller. So, what should you know about it?

For your information, the new patent features a screen that folds outwards and not inwards like a Z Fold 6. Two analogue controls and shoulder buttons could be used on mobile consoles on the market today. With Samsung recently starting to offer streaming through their Gaming Hub, could this be an early sign of consumer interest in the service with the first console launching soon?

In addition, Sony broke into the console arena 30 years ago after collaboration with Nintendo stopped. Sony who never offered a console is now a video game powerhouse through the PlayStation. Perhaps with foldable mobile consoles later, Samsung could also follow Sony's steps. Hopefully, this device will arrive in Malaysia too.
