For those looking to build a budget AMD PC, you can start planning your purchases. AMD has launched the A520 chipset and board partners have followed by launching budget A520 motherboard. It's been quite the long way for PC enthusiast, but it should be worth it as the A520 motherboards will be forward compatible with AMD's upcoming Zen 3 CPUs.
According to PC Gamer, the prominent motherboard manufacturers already have A520 motherboards available. This includes ASRock, ASUS, Biostar, Gigabyte, and MSI. It should be noted that the A520 chipset lacks some of the features that the B550 and X570 chipsets have, such as PCIe 4.0 ports and overclocking support. Of course, this probably isn't as important if you plan to build an entry-level desktop PC.

On the other hand, an AMD A520 motherboard has a few advantages over an older AMD A320 motherboard. As mentioned, it'll support the upcoming AMD Zen 3 CPUs that are expected to launch later this year. This means that you can upgrade to a new Zen 3 CPU once it's available. Moreover, there are more USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, which offer faster transfer speeds.
The new AMD motherboards are now available in the US with prices from USD 65 (~RM272), which is an amazing price range for budget PC users.
