As visuals in games improve, better PC hardware is being developed to keep up. It's also the other way around, kind of like a feedback loop. Anyway, this is why some people look for top-tier monitors, and GIGABYTE has some new ones available for gamers.

If you're looking for a new gaming monitor, you could check out GIGABYTE's AORUS FI32U and AORUS FO48U. The two new models were just announced in Taiwan tomorrow and come with some high-end features. This includes 4K resolution, high refresh rates, ergonomic adjustments, and more.

The FI32U looks like a typical gaming monitor with plenty of features

First, there's the AORUS FI32U. This is a 32-inch 4K monitor that comes with a max refresh rate of 144Hz, 1ms response time, and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. For something larger, there's the AORUS FO48U, which is a 48-inch 4K monitor that supports a refresh rate of 120Hz, 1ms response time, and a contrast ratio of a whopping 135000:1.

In terms of features, both models come with HDMI 2.1 support, VESA mounting, Black Equalizer 1.0, Flicker Free, and more. Obviously, the AORUS FO48U is the overall better model. While its refresh rate isn't as high, it uses an OLED panel so it has better colour saturation (98% DCI-P3) and black levels. It also has built-in speakers, which is great if you just want to plug in a gaming console and have it work right away.

The FO48U feels more like a TV than a gaming monitor

Currently, GIGABYTE hasn't announced the price and availability of the two monitors in Malaysia. However, the company does have a presence here, so we can probably expect it to launch here eventually. But would you be interested in getting one of them?
