ASUS ROG GX700, world's first liquid-cooling gaming laptop arrives in Malaysia for RM18999

Today, ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) presented the ROG GX700, it is the world's first gaming laptop with a detachable liquid-cooling module. When docked, the gaming laptop overclocks its own limitations and can go up to desktop-like performance levels. It features high-end graphics, intelligent cooling system, anti-ghosting keyboard, Sonic Studio II and RAM power of 64GB DDR4. It cost RM18999 and below are the official specifications:

With the assistance of the liquid-cooling module, the GX700 pushes the performance beyond one's expectations on another level. When docked with the Hydro Overclocking System, it can boost from 3.2GHz to 4.0GHz, and the BClock can be boosted by around 31%; whereas the RAM memory can be tuned up to 43% from 2800MHz to 2800MHz. Even when undocked, it's still the world's best and fastest single-GPU gaming laptop.

Champions Cup coming soon!

In addition, ASUS ROG has also announced their very own tournament, called the ROG Champions Cup and it will be held at Sunway Pyramid Ice Rink on 25 June 2016. Winner of the tournament will walk away a total prize pool of RM60000 with a ROG laptop each, it's not known what games they have selected but it's likely to be League of Legends based on the game's popularity globally.
