So just another reminder - the ASUS ROG Phone 5 series pre-order will go live pretty soon on Shopee. It will start from 19 March onwards until 2 April and every purchase comes with a free Kunai 3 Gamepad.
Just so you know, there will only be 400 Kunai 3 Gamepad pcs in total. Since there will be two ROG Phone 5 variants on sale (8GB + 128GB and 16GB + 256GB), that means it's 200 pcs for each variant so it's based on first-come-first-serve! Also to recap, the two memory configuration above cost RM2999 and RM3799 respectively.
The ROG Phone 5 series features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that supports 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. The dual-battery pack is still as big as ever at 6000mAh in total and also supports 65W fast charging. There are still no notches (thank God) so you can find the 24MP front camera on the top, whereas the 64MP triple rear camera module is located above a new rear customizable LED lighting.
