Starting from 21 until 22 April 2018, ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) will host a ROG Conquest, Penang State Championship involving 64 DotA 2 teams. In a king of the ring battle format, the teams will face off each other until the last four teams standing for the grand final, which will be held at The Top, Komtar, Penang on 28 - 29 April 2018 with a prize pool of RM20,000.

But not everyone can join the tournament, though, as it is limited to Malaysians who are 25 years old and below. In other words, this is mostly prioritised for Penang university students and the minimum requirement to join the qualifying round is 3 university + 2 non-university students. There is no venue to meet for the qualifying round, as they just need to go online on Discord. Also, Tier 1 players aren't allowed.
