ASUS has launched a Windows detachable laptop that comes with an impressive display today. With a 13.3-inch OLED touchscreen, the new ASUS Vivobook 13 Slate OLED seeks to pack entertainment and productivity into a versatile fun-filled device.

First of all, the OLED display has a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio and supports Dolby Vision. It's also PANTONE Validated with a cinema-grade 100% DCI-P3 gamut for accurate and vivid colours, plus DisplayHDR True Black 500 certified for deep blacks and brilliant highlights. The display offers much better eye protection with naturally lower blue-light levels as well by being up to 70% lower than an LCD.

Under the hood, it packs a quad-core 3.3 GHz Intel processor, paired with up to a 256 GB PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 SSD and up to 8GB of fast LPDDR4X RAM. There's also a long-lasting 50Wh battery that charges to 60% in as little as 39 minutes. The laptop arrives with two cameras as well, with a 5MP one on the front and 13MP on the rear for clear video calls.

How can a versatile laptop come without a stylus pen these days? ASUS also launches the ASUS Pen 2.0 with 4096-level pressure sensitivity, 5-350 gram pen-tip force and 266 Hz sampling rate. Furthermore, it gets accompanied by a detachable full-size keyboard and a cover stand that has a 170° hinge too. For the I/O ports, it arrives with 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, 1 x 3.5 mm combo audio jack and 1 x MicroSD card reader.

The laptop will launch in Malaysia soon, and we'll update you more about the price until then. For now, leave a comment to let us know your opinion on this new ASUS product and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more laptop news.
