A new lineup of ASUS AI laptops has been unveiled in Malaysia. Among the AI laptops, the all-new Vivobook 14 Flip (TP3407) and Vivobook 16 Flip (TP3607) will be available on 7 March 2025, with a starting price of RM5,999.
As the name suggests, the Vivobook 14 Flip and 16 Flip come with a 360° any-position hinge that can transition between multiple modes, including tent, tablet, stand, and laptop configurations. It is further enhanced by an OLED touchscreen display and combined with the included ASUS Pen 2.0, users can sketch, annotate and create on the go. It also has a full array of I/O ports, such as Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, HDMI 2.1, and a MicroSD card reader.
Under the hood, the Vivobook 14 Flip and 16 Flip are powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra 7 (Series 2) processor and 32GB of LPDDR5X memory. This advanced chip integrates a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) with Intel AI Boost for up to 47 TOPS, enabling AI capabilities. ASUS also said the combination of performance cores (P-cores) and efficiency cores (E-cores) improves system-on-chip power consumption by up to 40%.
Additionally, the laptops are equipped with up to a 75Wh high-capacity battery that can provide up to 28 hours of video playback on a single charge. The devices feature either a 14-inch FHD+ OLED display or a 16-inch 3K OLED display, both offering a 16:10 aspect ratio with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a response time of 0.2 milliseconds, 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut and 500 nits peak brightness.
