Aside from the flexible ASUS Vivobook 14 Flip and 16 Flip, ASUS Malaysia has also unveiled the new 2025 versions of the ASUS Vivobook 14 and Vivobook 16 AI laptops. These AI laptops will be offered in Malaysia with a choice of Snapdragon, AMD and Intel processors.
Featuring Snapdragon X and AMD Ryzen AI processors, the Vivobook 14 and 16 are enhanced up to 50 TOPS of NPU performance. Meanwhile, the Vivobook 16 is powered by an Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processor to handle everyday AI tasks. ASUS said these AI laptops boast a battery life of up to 29 hours. Plus, a 49-minute fast charging can boost up to 60% of battery life.
Additionally, these AI laptops have a full suite of I/O ports, including two USB-C ports that support fast data transfers, DisplayPort and Power Delivery, which can be paired to an external display via a single cable. There are also two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, HDMI, and an audio combo jack. ASUS also enlarged the touchpad up to 30% with Smart Gesture support.
The Vivobook 14 and 16 start from just 1.46kg light and 1.79cm thin, and can be laid flat thanks to the 180° hinge design. As lightweight as they may be, the built quality was not compromised as they were designed to meet the US MIL-STD-810H military-grade standard. Only the 14-inch model comes in Platinum Gold, while the 16-inch model has a Cool Silver or Quiet Blue colour option.
The ASUS Vivobook 14 and 16 will be available in all authorized ASUS resellers. Pricing details are as follows:
