Based on a statement by ReaMeizu, it seems that the upcoming ASUS ZenFone 7 will come equipped with a 60Hz LCD display, which is quite surprising since most smartphones manufacturers are adopting higher refresh rate displays. While not much is known in regards to the Malaysia release date and local pricing, another source did mention that it is most likely to reduce the price of the smartphone.
As for the tech specs, the upcoming ASUS ZenFone smartphone will come equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, 6.4-inch FHD+ display, as well as a 5000mAH internal battery. In terms of the camera, the device will most likely have a 64MP + 12MP + ToF sensor in the rear while the front-facing selfie camera remains largely unknown.
