Today, ASUS Malaysia announced the availability of the all-new Zenbook S 14 (UX5406). It is Malaysia's first Intel-powered Copilot+ PC, as well as the thinnest and most portable 14-inch ASUS AI PC. Interested customers can get the laptop for RM6,999.
The Zenbook S 14 features ASUS' Ceraluminum material that provides durability and a sleek design. Utilizing cutting-edge CNC technology, it achieves a thinness of just 1.1cm even with advanced components inside, including an advanced vapour-chamber cooling system. It's also equipped with the latest Intel Core Ultra 7 processor (Series 2) with SoC design that reduces motherboard size by 27%, increasing overall cooling efficiency.
With 32GB of RAM and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, the processor features a TDP of up to 28 watts and a built-in NPU delivering up to 47 NPU TOPS for modern AI applications, ensuring the 72Wh battery provides all-day autonomy. The Zenbook S 14 also features a full set of I/O ports, including two Thunderbolt 4, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, HDMI 2.1, and an audio combo jack. WiFi 7 with ASUS WiFi Master Premium certification is also available.
Of course, we cannot forget about the display as it sports a 3K 120Hz ASUS Lumina OLED panel that is Pantone Validated and DisplayHDR True Black 500 certified. In addition, it features a four-speaker Harman Kardon-certified audio system with Dolby Atmos sound support. Other notable features include the ASUS AiSense IR camera that enables Adaptive Lock, which monitors user presence and locks the laptop when the user moves away.
