After launching the ROG Phone 8 series under its Republic of Gamers subsidiary, ASUS may be set to launch another smartphone soon, this time the Zenfone 11 Ultra. This is after the device was spotted passing certification in Indonesia, thus alluding to its imminent launch.

According to 4gnews, the Zenfone 11 Ultra was listed among the devices passing the certification by SDPPI, the Indonesian authoritative body which approves telecommunication devices to be sold in the Republic. Under the listing, the smartphone has the model number ASUS_A12401_H with the official name of “ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra”.

Besides that, nothing much about the device was revealed, though it is expected to be a new lineup in the same family of the Zenfone series. Specifically, given the name Ultra, it’ll most probably be a larger version of the Zenfone 11.

Zenfone 10 and Zenfone 9 were widely praised and have a cult following due to their relatively small sizes, though sales weren’t as good as larger phones. Well, let’s see if the Zenfone 11 Ultra could change things up and until further information is available, stay tuned to TechNave for more tech news such as this.
