In addition, ASUS’s official teaser confirms the phone will feature “Gimbal Stabilisation’ for a smoother video recording. This is a welcomed addition by fans because the ROG series could use a camera revamp. According to ASUS on Weibo:
“Concerned about shaky hands while shooting videos? The ROG Phone 8 series comes equipped with an anti-shake gimbal to address this issue.”
To recap, the ROG Phone 8 series could feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, up to 24GB RAM and a maximum of 512GB storage. Interestingly, these phones could feature a 5500 mAh battery life and support the Quick Charge 5.0. Plus, these devices were spotted with a more minimalistic design compared to their predecessors.
