ASUS Malaysia has announced the official launch of the ASUS VivoBook S15 starting from as low as RM2999 for the cheapest variant of the three models and it is being offered in 5 different colour schemes. Weighing at only 1.6kg, the ASUS VivoBook S15 comes with a 15.6-inch NanoEdge display with Full-HD resolution and an Ergo Lift hinge which makes typing more comfortable.
Internally however, the ASUS VivoBook S15 will be housing up to an 8th generation Intel Core i7-8550U processor along with Nvidia GeForce MX150 mobile graphics card. Not only that, it also comes equipped with up to 16GB of DDR4 memory, up to 256GB SSD primary storage paired with a 1TB HDD secondary storage and it is running on the Windows 10 Home operating system.
Feature wise, the laptop comes with an optional fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C port, an all day battery life paired along with fast charging capabilities that is able to charge the laptop from a low battery state to 60% battery in about 49 minutes. The laptop is available in Firmament Green, Star Grey, Silver Blue, Gunmetal, and lastly, Icicle Gold.
