Yesterday, we reported that ASUS was teasing the new look on the ROG Phone 8 and we finally know what it looks like. However, before we get to see it, ASUS released a blind camera test on its website here. If you sign in as an ASUS member, you actually stand a chance to win a brand new ROG Phone 8.

Whether you vote as a member or a visitor, you will have to go through a series of photo comparisons and vote for the one that you prefer the most. There are 10 sets of them with 3 photos each, and you can leave your comments in the bracket below on your thoughts on the photos you choose. You can also skip commenting and just vote for the best photo.

After you finish voting, you will be treated with an official first look at the ROG Phone 8. Compared to its predecessors over the years, the ROG Phone 8 looks more tame but the special ROG logo with LED lighting is still there. Also, the camera design has a new look and it seems ASUS is looking to improve this the most. Hence the blind camera test.

In terms of tech specs, we can expect to see new camera improvements. The ROG Phone 8 will also surely use the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Rumours also have it that the standard ROG Phone 8 uses 16GB of RAM while the ROG Phone 8 Pro and ROG Phone 8 Ultimate have an insane up to 24GB of RAM. All will be revealed soon on 8 January 2024.
