Today, Acer Malaysia has finally brought in their latest laptop product lineup into Malaysia, which features the world's thinnest laptop - Swift 7, along with Swift 3, convertible laptop Spin 5, all-in-one Aspire C 22 PC, Predator Z1 gaming monitor and even new SuperCare Warranty Packages. In this news article, we will be covering what the SuperCare Warranty Package is all about.

Introduced by Mr Chan Weng Hong, General Manager Manager, Products, Sales & Marketing Acer Malaysia, the Acer SuperCare warranty packages offers customers 3 to 5 options, which includes enjoying hassle-free repair and services as well as nationwide on-site support by Highpoint Service Network. This particularly useful for those who travel overseas for work with Acer laptops is the extended worldwide coverage with international traveler’s warranty (ITW).

The packages includes Accidental Damage and Theft coverage in the three-year Acer SuperCare 1, 2 and 3 warranty packages to give that added measure of confidence. And for customers who just want to have Accidental and Damage Theft coverage added to the warranty that comes with the new device, it is also possible now with the new options. Likewise, the same flexibility applies to the Acer SuperCare Professional package.

“When a customer who buys a Switch Alpha 12 or the newly-launched Spin 5 also takes the Acer SuperCare 3 warranty pack, she will enjoy a 3-year warranty on accidental damage and theft, a 3-year international traveler’s warranty (ITW) and a 3-year on-site warranty. If her bag was snatched together with her Switch Alpha 12 or Spin in it, she does not have to worry about spending money to replace her laptop - she can automatically receive a replacement for her laptop after completing the paperwork, including lodging a police report.


If she happens to drop the laptop by accident and the screen cracks, Acer will repair it at no cost as part of the warranty. Should this customer face problems with her laptop when on overseas travel, she can count on her warranty to have her laptop repaired by the ITW network of service centres."

Acer SuperCare warranty is valid only for Acer products distributed by Acer Malaysia and its authorized resellers in Malaysia, with the exception of ITW for laptops which is valid at ITW Service Centers worldwide.
