As the Malaysia community continues to assist relief effort for Penang, Acer Malaysia is also stepping in and reaching out to the flood victims by providing free labour for inspection and repairs at their authorised service centre, Highpoint Service Network (HSN) in Bayan Baru, Penang for inspection.
If the affected device is repairable, the company will undertake the repair at no labour cost and the customer just has to bear the cost of the replaced parts. If the affected device is found to be irreparable, the customer can take up a special offer of 15% off on selected models. This relief effort starts now until 31 December 2017 and takes place at 1-2-55, Elit Avenue, Jalan Mayang Pasir 3, Bandar Bayan Baru, 11950, Bayan Lepas, Penang, and is open Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).
