Today, Acer unveiled a new gaming monitor called the Acer XF240H gaming monitor, as well as improved and all-around Acer P1286 and X127H projectors. The Acer XF240H is available for purchase immediately at all authorized Acer resellers nationwide, at a price of RM1199; while the projectors are retailed at RM1899 and RM1699 respectively from select authorized resellers nationwide.
Acer XF240H
A 24-inch entry-level gaming monitor, the gaming monitor features Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080) with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The AMD FreeSyncTM technology allows the monitor to synchronize with the amount of frames per second that GPU renders, eliminating screen tearing and making gaming smoother. Combining that with a 144Hz refresh rate, the time it takes for frame rendering will be shortened, and it has an ergonomically-designed stand that allows height, swivel, tilt and pivot adjustment enabling user to find the ideal viewing position.
Moreover, the monitor is equipped with the Acer EyeProtect technology which incorporates several features including Flicker-less, Blue Light Filter, ComfyView display and Low dimming designed to reduce eye strain and fatigue, providing a more comfortable viewing experience for heavy users.
Acer P1286 and X127H Projectors
X127H projector
Next, the P1286 projector comes with 3400 ANSI lumens while the X127H projector comes with 3600 ANSI lumens. This means both projectors deliver high level of brightness, high contrast and 3D capability, making presentations more crystal clear, vibrant images from a long distance on a large screen even in daytime indoors.
The projectors’ top-loading lamp will allow users to easily replace the lamp module without detaching the projector from ceiling, projected images can also rotate 180-degree to ensure the correct orientation by Auto ceiling-mount on the projectors.
P1286 projector
Featuring 3W built-in speaker providing rich sound; instant resume; smart adjustment and reliable security. The P1286 also offers wireless projection capability allowing users to break free from the limitation of cables.Accumulation of dust or smoke may cause reduced brightness and faded colour of the displayed images, with this in mind, they are shielded from the pollutants by the Sealed Optical Engine design, hence extending the optical performance.
