When it comes to gaming laptops, there's no lack of option these days even if you have a tight budget. But this time around we've found an option that you might be interested in. Acer's latest variant of the Nitro 5 gaming laptop comes with pretty good specs and has a price tag that won't make your finance manager (read: wallet) cry.

Earlier today, Acer Malaysia announced the new Nitro 5 for Malaysia with a price of RM2999. It has an AMD Ryzen 3750H CPU, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 GPU, 4GB of DDR4 RAM, and a sizable 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD. If that's not enough, you can upgrade the RAM all the way to 32GB, add another SSD via the M.2 slot, or slot in a 2.5-inch HDD using the upgrade kit for even more storage.

Appreciate good graphics and audio quality? Acer has you covered too. The Nitro 5's 15.6-inch IPS display (1080p) comes with a refresh rate of 120Hz and its speakers optimised by Acer's TrueHarmony technology, which promises better bass and audio clarity. Additionally, it has gigabit ethernet for better data throughput and a dual-fan dual-exhaust cooling system to keep everything inside from getting too hot.

With all that said, what's your ideal budget gaming laptop? Is the internal hardware more important to you, or do you prefer it to have excellent visual and audio performance? Share your thoughts with us on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news like this.
