The digital wallet app AirAsia Pocket, owned by AirAsia, now only allows top-ups using the BigPay cards. Besides that, it has also removed the feature of transferring money to other users and only focuses on top-up and payment features now. It's unsure why the change, but it definitely has set some limitations for the usage.

The AirAsia Pocket introduced back in June has similar functions as other digital wallet platforms. These include making it easier to make payments, financial transfers, and purchase things under the AirAsia ecosystem. However, with the new change implemented, the platform might not be as useful as it was for some users, but we'll see how it goes.
