Following up on previous reports, Alcatel have just launched their octa-core powered OneTouch Idol X+ and see-through OneTouch Idol Alpha in Malaysia. Both are headed for the upper end of the market with top-notch tech specs and premium materials. Pricing was finally revealed today with the Alcatel OneTouch Idol X+ priced at RM1299 with an Alcatel OneTouch BOOMband smartband, flip cover, screen protector and a pair of JBL earphones as part of the package. The two Alcatel OneTouch Idol smartphones will be featured in a roadshow here in Plaza Lowyat up until 23 March 2014.
