Just recently, PUSPAKOM Sdn Bhd just announced that all 54 PUSPAKOM checkpoints across the nation will switch fully to cashless payment transactions. The cashless payment is applicable for all types of vehicle inspections and it shall begin from 1 July 2022 onwards.
According to PUSPAKOM, the reason for this initiative is that using cashless transactions can save time and it's more secure. Besides making payments online through e-wallets, Malaysians' debit or credit cards are eligible as well. Data also shows that more than 90% of PUSPAKOM customers use cashless transactions in all of the branches.
