In case you missed the news over the weekend, Maybank announced that all iOS devices must be updated to at least iOS 14 and above to continue using the MAE app. It will take effect on 31 March 2025.
It is common practice for all operating systems (including Android) to be updated in time to use certain apps. Additionally, Maybank said it is necessary as part of its efforts to keep all online banking experiences secure. If for some reason you haven't updated your iOS before the deadline, you won't be able to use the MAE app.
