Barely 3 months after the release of the Huawei Mate 20 series, case renders of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro popped up on the internet showcasing a larger camera module as compared to the current implementation. Which suggests that the Huawei Mate 30 Pro could come with up to 5 camera sensors judging by the space.

Taking a closer look at the render, it seems that there seems to be an additional cutout at the top of the device. While it suggests that the cutout serves the purpose similar to that of a 3.5mm audio socket, it is highly unlikely due to the fact that the latest Huawei P series and Mate series did not feature the 3.5mm audio socket. Crossing that off the list, we expect the cutout to serve as clearance of the IR blaster commonly found in Mate series devices.

Not only that, based on an observation by GSMArena.com, there seems to be an additional clearance at the top portion of the render which suggests that the upcoming Mate 30 Pro could come with an in-call speaker the size of a slit to save screen real estate. Other than what was mentioned, there is no information on whether the Huawei Mate 30 Pro could come with a notched display, availability in Malaysia, tech specs as well as the price of it. Do take every bit of information with a grain of salt as there was no official statement from Huawei as of now. For more updates like this, stay tuned to TechNave.com.
