Recently, Amazfit introduced Helio Strap Pro, a device with a system specifically designed for athletes to better understand how their bodies function during active sports. It also features HybridCharge Energy Intelligence, which connects training load (over 60 types of sports activities), recovery and life factors and should cost you around RM935.
One for the athletes
For your information, this device combines a waist motion sensor with a heart rate sensor on the upper arm, providing a more comprehensive picture of cardiovascular, movement quality and muscle load than a smartwatch alone. The Helio Strap Pro works with Amazfit Balance 3 and Balance Ultra watches, and is supported by the Zepp app to evaluate performance after training.
In addition to training, the system supports recovery and daily lifestyle through HybridCharge Energy Intelligence, which connects training load (over 60 types of sports activities), recovery and life factors such as stress and fatigue. With a battery life of up to 40 days, 5 ATM water resistance, Bluetooth support, and integration with Apple Health and third-party apps, the Helio Strap Pro offers flexibility without a monthly subscription.
It’s nice, but there are other good options in Malaysia
If you are interested, the Helio Strap Pro will go on sale at the end of June 2026 at a price of USD199.99 (~RM935.00). Personally, we feel it’s a solid device with a reasonable price.
